The dress was fine, but it had spots and pen marks at the front and on a sleeve. I wanted to return it, but it was another hassle. Money was wasted. Diya should improve its quality check department.

I received a torn outfit in several places. This was my Eid outfit but I could not wear it cos it was so damaged. I had to find an alternative. I contacted diya, they sent me a replacement but this time this parcel came with a different trouser to the one in the image. I am very disappointed and frustrated with the service I have received. Won’t be shopping here again
